Tiger’s Milk Energy Drink Recipe

2 eggs (preferably farm range eggs)

4 teaspoons  calcium glucanate

1/4 teaspoon magnesium oxide

1 teaspoon Kelp

2 cups skim milk

1/4 cup yogurt

1/4 – 1/2 cup Brewer’s Yeast (nutritional yeast)

1/2 cup non-instant  powdered milk

1/4 cup soy flour

1/4 cup wheat germ

Vanilla – (bottled without alcohol)

Use organic ingredients and avoid genetically modified foods  for optimum health benefit.

    would it really be 1/4 – 1/2 CUP of yeast!??!?!?! or is that a typo????

    It is correct. Some recipes I found online use less,others use the 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Here is a link to other comments & recipes online:
